Exchange Policy

30 Days Exchange Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from Professor and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes shopping online. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange.

Please note, however, the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you’ve received it and with the original packaging.

Exchange must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

Exchange must be posted within 30 days of receiving your order along with the proof of purchase (PROFESSOR invoice).

All items returned for exchange (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms will not be accepted.

Buyer need to bear the returned item shipping cost, but we will pay for the new exchange shipping fees.

Promotion items sold cannot be exchanged.

Please allow 2.5 cm difference allowance from given measurements. Items that varies within tolerance range will not be accepted as defect.

Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. PROFESSOR portrays all items as accurately as possible. Exchange due to colour variances will not be accepted.

All items are not ironed before posted to customers. Creases on clothing are not deemed as faulty items.

All exchange will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 3 working days from the date we receive the parcel.

PROFESSOR is not liable for PROFESSOR items purchased from a third party merchant.

All unclaimed parcels will be forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
