Terms  and Conditions

1. Professor #backtoschool2023 campaign is open to all Malaysians except for all employees of Professor Malaysia, its affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families. 

2. The campaign period shall commence from 9th of Dec 2022 to 31st of March 2023, 11.59pm. 

3. Participants are required to follow the steps below:

• Step1: Purchase via Professor official website

• Step 2: Apply our code (PUWBTS40) when making payment at the last step

4. The online code is unlimited.

5. Redeemable with a minimum purchase of RM50 in a single purchase. 

6. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 

7. The voucher is only redeemable at Professor official website https://professoruniforms.com.my/ 

8. Product vouchers worth RM20 redemption are only valid from 09.12.2022 -31.03.2023. 

9. Professor shall not assume any responsibility or liability for any and all matters of or in connection with the vouchers and any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the vouchers or the use or disposal thereof. 

10. Participants are advised to fully read through the Terms & Conditions before redeeming the vouchers. 

11. All Participants in the purchase agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Professor. 

12. Professor reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the existing Terms and Conditions. 

Disclaimer

1. All Participant (s) agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights thereto shall belong to the Organizer (including their respective affiliated and related companies).

2. The Organizer ((including their respective affiliated and related companies) also reserve the absolute right to use the names and/ or photographs of the Participant (s) for the purposes of advertising and publicity (“Publication”) for the Contest/ Promotion/ Offer/ Campaign without any prior notice to the Participant (s) of which the Participant(s) shall not be entitled to claim any ownership and/ or other forms of compensation for such Publication.

3. The Organizer and the Sponsor (including their respective affiliated and related companies) shall not be held responsible and /or answerable to any damages, losses or whatsoever liabilities arise from the Publication including but not limited to the posting of the same in the Organizer and the Sponsors’ website and/or Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Privacy Notice Pursuant To Personal Data Protection Act 2010  

The Participant(s) hereby consent and authorize the Organizer to collect, process, and safely keep the personal details of the Participant(s) for participating in the respective Contest/Promotion/Offer/Campaign and to enable the Organizer and the Sponsor to organize the said Contest/Promotion/Offer/Campaign only (“Purpose”). The Participant(s) hereby further allowed the Organizer and the Sponsor to disclose the Participant’s personal details to all related parties for the Purpose only.
