EXCHANGE POLICY
30 Days Exchange Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your PROFESSOR purchase. If the item has a manufacturing defect or does not fit, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Proof of purchase (PROFESSOR invoice) is required.
- Buyer bears the return shipping cost; PROFESSOR covers the shipping fee for the replacement item.
- Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
- A 2.5 cm measurement tolerance is allowed and will not be considered a defect.
- Colour differences caused by screen settings or lighting are not eligible for exchange.
- Creases from shipping are not considered defects.
- Exchanges are processed within 3 working days after the parcel is received.
- PROFESSOR is not responsible for items purchased from third-party merchants.
- Unclaimed parcels will be forfeited 60 days after notification.
All returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Please courier to return product to:
